Welcome to Porsline, this web page represents our Terms of Use and Agreement regarding our website, located at Porsline.com, and the tools we provide you (the "Website" or the "Service"). The terms, "we" and "our" as used in this Agreement refer to Porsline. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions.

1.Agreement

By using Porsline, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please do not use this service if you do not consent to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy accessible at https://porsline.com/privacy-policy. Using Porsline on behalf of an organization or a legal person shall be construed as the agreement of this party to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Registration

You need to register to use our services. By registering, you validate that your age is over 18 years old; and confirm that the registration information you provided (email, mobile number, and such.) are correct and will be kept up to date; that your username or email is owned by you and no another person; and that you have not used improper or obscene language in your username.

We have the right to cancel your registration in case of any violation of the above regulations.

You are responsible for protecting your username and password.

You agree not to give your username or password to another person and that you are responsible for any incident including, but not limited to, any loss of your information, publishing of surveys or forms that violate our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We have the right to suspend your account in case of violating the above terms.

3. Your Content

You have complete Ownership of content (including surveys & forms) that you have created, submitted, and stored in the system. You are also responsible for protecting, maintaining, and backing up this content.

4. Intellectual Property

Use of our service does not entitle you to the service’s intellectual property rights. All items, including, but not limited to, the designs, content, trademark, service operation, and user experience, are the property of Porsline OÜ with registry code 16496701, registered in Estonia.

5. Using the Service

You agree not to post Content that:

  1. may create a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you, to any other person or organization.
  2. may create a risk of any other loss or damage to any person or property.
  3. seeks to harm or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content, or asking for personally identifiable details or anything that may violate others' privacy.
  4. may constitute or contribute to a crime or tort.
  5. contains any information or content that we deem to be unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable.
  6. contains any information or content that is illegal (including, without limitation, the disclosure of insider information under securities law or of another party’s trade secrets);
  7. contains any information or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.

You agree that any Content that you post does not and will not violate rights of any kind, including without limitation any intellectual property rights or rights of privacy.

We reserve the right but are not obligated to reject and/or remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions.

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to:

  1. Satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
  2. Enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations.
  3. Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
  4. Respond to user support requests.
  5. Protect the rights, property or safety of Porsline, its users and the public.

You must not sell the service you have purchased to other legal or natural persons. Otherwise, your account will be suspended without warning.

6. Rates and Payments

Porsline provides you with a trial account to try the service for free. When choosing to upgrade your membership, you will receive an invoice according to the prices stated on the corresponding page on Porsline website, and afterwards, you must provide the required information and complete the transaction. You agree that the payment information is your own or that you are authorized by another legal or natural person to perform the payment using their account information. Your account will be upgraded immediately after completing the payment. We attempt to provide you with sufficient information about the benefits of our premium service before you upgrade. Your payment shall be construed as the sufficiency of the provided information and rejection of claims of insufficient information. The prices do not include tax or possible legal duties. We have the right to change the prices.

7. Updating Terms of Use

We have the right to update our Terms of Use without prior notice, the changes will be announced on Porsline website. You must read the new terms and continue using the service if you agree to them. If you have a free account or are a new user, changes will immediately be implemented in your account. However, if you are a premium user, the previous terms of Use will continue to apply to you until the end of your current paid plan, immediately after which the new terms will be applied to your account.

8. Modifications to the Service

We are constantly expanding and adding new features to Porsline. You agree that the appearance or nature of services or features of a user account may change.

9. Other Terms

You must not hack the service, conduct penetration tests on it, perform activities that put a high load on the service infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

You must not threaten or insult our staff, clients, and representatives or show abusive behavior towards them.

You acknowledge that we may utilize the services provided by other service providers for hosting, hardware, software, networking, storage, and other utilities required for our services.
