What are the main limitations of free membership?

You only have access to the first 100 responses in your results table even if you've received more.

How do you protect my data?

We will try our best to protect your data completely. Encrypted SSL protocol is set on all Porsline web pages. Your data is constantly backed up. How can I upgrade my account?

Click on Upgrade; choose your membership; select the duration. Check and pay your invoice, if successful, all paid features will be activated. More information on invoices and remaining active days are available at your profile.

Will paid memberships be discounted in any way?

Sure. In annual enterprise membership you only pay for 10 months and the remaining 2 months are free; furthermore, if ten or more people are using your enterprise account other discounts could be considered.

Do you consider discounts for academics, NGOs, etc?

One month free access to PRO account is granted to academics. Contact us Contact us if you are interested. Annual Enterprise membership is also 30 percent off for charities and NGOs.
